Fees, billing terms, and payout arrangements are set out in your plan, order form, or a separate agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that instructions you submit — including payout recipients and amounts — are accurate and authorised. Payouts may be subject to verification, approval workflows, and checks required under applicable law and by our payment partners.

Any pricing displayed on this website is indicative and may change; the applicable fees are those in your agreement with us.

The website and services, including their content, software, and branding, are owned by Froler Ventures or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms. You retain rights to the data you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to provide the services.

The services may integrate with, or rely on, third-party providers such as banks, payment networks, and other tools. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any dispute-resolution terms in a separate agreement between us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
